NaturoDoc Store Policies

NaturoDoc has created this statement of our Store Policies in order to articulate our firm commitment to fair business practices.  The following discloses our sales policies and procedures for this website.

Payment Methods

NaturoDoc accepts payment in U.S. dollars by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, check, money order, or bank wire transfer.  Email us if you want to pay for an order by bank wire transfer and we will forward the required information for you to give your bank to make the transfer.  Credit/debit cards will be charged immediately upon completion of an online order, or as agreed upon if you contact us by phone or email.

Shipping Policies

For International orders, be sure to select an international shipping method.  For U.S. orders, USPS First Class Mail is only available for packages weighing less than 1 lb.  If your package will weigh over 1 lb., it must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or faster.  A shipping surcharge will be added for orders that require a greater shipping cost than what the customer has selected.

NaturoDoc provides free shipping within the United States for orders over $250.00.  If your order is going to a U.S. address and it totals more than $250, pull down the Ship Via menu and select Free shipping for orders over $250.  For U.S. orders that qualify for free shipping, shipments to are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

Our shipping times are best estimates, subject to current inventory levels.  To speed up your delivery, we may elect to have certain items drop-shipped directly to you from our supplier.  We may elect to ship via a different carrier than the one you select if transit time and cost considerations make a different carrier more appropriate for your location.

For International shipments, we offer mail and FedEx service.  If you require a special shipping method, we will attempt to accommodate your needs.  Please contact NaturoDoc Customer Service.  Please note that Global Express Guaranteed packages cannot be sent to PO boxes;  we must have a physical address.


Shipping Charges

NaturoDoc offers free domestic shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for orders over $250.00 USD.  Other methods such as UPS and FedEx are also available in our online shopping cart system.  Shipping is charged on all international orders,  via the customer's choice of USPS method.

For orders under $250, we charge a flat fee for shipping and handling.  The minimum shipping and handling charge for small orders is $4.00 for USPS First Class Mail (up to 1 lb.), or $9.00 for orders over 1 lb. shipped via USPS Priority Mail service within the United States, and these rates include Delivery Confirmation and tracking.  We offer FedEx and UPS services as well, and rates for various service levels are shown in our online shopping cart when you check out.

International Shipping

NaturoDoc.Biz is a Limited Liability Company based in the USA.  We ship internationally via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) International Express Mail or International Priority Mail.

You are responsible for paying any duties that are imposed by your country's Customs agency.  Duties typically are not imposed on our shipments.

Important:  International customers are responsible for making sure that the products in their order will not be rejected by their country's Customs agency.  In cases of non-delivery, the customer must take responsibility for the loss, and hopefully you will take that up with your country's Customs officials.  We always specify on our Customs forms that any non-deliverable shipments are to be returned to us.  If any non-deliverable shipments are returned to us, we will contact the customer as to further steps to take, and if desired, we will refund the customer's money promptly.

Return Policies

NaturoDoc products that are purchased directly from Doctor Thomas Lee by an end-user customer may be returned by customer in accordance with the guarantee in effect on the date of purchase as shown on the order invoice.

NaturoDoc sells only high-quality, physician’s-grade products, and we stand behind these products. If we make a fulfillment error, we will work to make it right as quickly as possible.

We accept product returns within 30 days from when an order is delivered if the item is unopened, in good resalable condition and has not exceeded its expiration date. We do not refund outbound or return shipping charges, and we deduct an 8 percent restocking fee.

Include your original packing slip and a note indicating the reason for the return. We recommend sending the return by a traceable method for your protection.


The NaturoDoc website has security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.  Specifically, all secure information is only accessible through password-protected accounts held by NaturoDoc.

Our site uses a secure server with 128-bit encryption to transmit all financial data, as well as to send us health-related information prior to a medical consultation.  We never expect customers to send this type of sensitive information via regular email.

NaturoDoc is located in Reno, Nevada.  Hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM weekdays, Pacific time.  We're often available during weekends as well, so feel free to try us then.  Please time your phone call accordingly.
